Lay the fish on a heatproof dish. Pour the homemade brown souce over and around it. Sprinkle the ginger and scallion. Steam over briskly boiling water for about 20 minutes.Heat the sesame seed oil until smoking. Pour over the fish. No fishy smell but delicious. Not just plain steamed fish ,but with all the spices that make it special.
